Questions

What do I get in the free trial?
14 days of Starter with no credit card: 3,000 credits, your own Claude or Codex, and Kav AI on Kav-LITE, capped at 500 credits for the trial. Starter includes Kav-LITE and Kav-PRO, and Pro and Business Kav-LITE, Kav-PRO and Kav-MAX.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspaces pause: agents stop, and nothing new starts until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted. Pick Starter or Pro and everything picks up where it stopped.
What is an agentic workflow minute?
One minute of an agent actually working: reading, using its browser or computer, writing, checking. It costs 1 credit. A minute its computer stays on for you, like a preview you keep open or a browser you take over, costs the same. Time spent waiting on you or on another agent, and the couple of minutes after a run, cost nothing.
How many credits do I need?
Count your runs. A checked workflow run (Kav briefs a worker and a judge checks the result) takes about 25 minutes, so a workflow every weekday uses about 550 credits a month on your own Claude or Codex. A quick ask takes about 3.
Do I need my own Claude or Codex?
No. Kav AI, our own model, runs everything if you prefer, and is charged per run on top of the minutes. On a paid plan it may use up to 40% of your credits, so the rest stays for agents at work; you can lift that in Settings.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Agents pause until the next month, so there are no surprise charges. You can top up, or move to a bigger plan or Pro step, and work picks up straight away.
Can I run agents for my clients?
Yes. Give each client a workspace with its own calendar, files and connections. Starter includes 5 workspaces, Pro 10 and Business 250, all running on your plan's credits.
What does Kavela add to my Claude or Codex subscription?
Your subscription is the thinking. Kavela adds a manager that plans and checks, a team of expert workers, a computer and signed-in browser for each, workflows that run all month, connections set once, and approvals on your phone.
Can I change or cancel?
Any time. Move between Starter and Pro, or to another Pro step, from the pricing page or Settings; you see the price before you confirm. A move up is charged now, prorated, and its extra credits arrive straight away. A move down comes with no refund: this period's credits stay, and the lower price and credits start at your next renewal. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your workspaces pause. Nothing is deleted.
