What Follower ICP Scout can do

Follower ICP Scout watches your new X (Twitter) followers, researches each one against your ideal customer profile, and pings you in Slack with a full breakdown of the best prospects. These people already follow you and are warm, so outreach to them is far more effective than cold outreach.

## How it works

1. On first run, the agent asks you a few plain questions: who is your ideal customer (your ICP), which X handle to watch, and which Slack chat to deliver to. It remembers your setup in its own project files. 2. It checks for new followers on your X account on whatever cadence you set (every hour, daily, etc.). 3. It researches each new follower against your ICP: their bio, company signals, location, audience, and activity. 4. It scores them and pings you in Slack with a full breakdown of the best prospects, ranked, with their handle so you can DM them directly.

## What you need to connect

- **X (Twitter) API** — your own bearer token. Note: reading the follower list requires a paid X API tier (Basic ~$100/mo or credit-based pay-per-use). There is no free webhook for new followers. - **Slack** — your own bot, so the agent can ping you with breakdowns.

Each user connects their own X API token and their own Slack bot; nothing is shared between users.
